We went Friday night around eight and it wasn’t too busy. The food was great and service was great too. We came on karaoke night so it was fun listening to all the people singing. Good atmosphere. My daughter has the pretzel it was huge and very good. I had the fish sandwich and coleslaw supper good too. My husband’s mushroom Swiss burger was good too they give a huge amount of fries that are nice and crispy. All and all will definitely be back.

Glad that there’s more burger competition in town. This place is great! I got the onion burger with tater tots. The burger was fantastic, lots of flavor and well balanced considering it’s a burger that’s all onion toppings, the tots were well seasoned and not very greasy. You also get a boat load of tots which was a huge plus. Definitely will be returning with friends and family. If you’re walking around the Steel District, highly recommend giving them a look !

My friend and I love trying new places to eat. We looked at the menu and I was instantly drawn in by the cheese curds with jalapenos. A combination I would have never thought of. They were the best cheese curds I’ve had in my entire life. Then I saw the tater tots... they were perfectly golden and crunchy. The serving sizes are plenty. Reading some other reviews I was nervous when we sat down. But our waiter was so kind checked in a lot and very knowledgeable about the menu. We also loved the old dinner vibe. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone.

I can't say enough about how friendly and helpful the staff are! We took a group to try their burger battle burger! The burger was so good, but again, their staff was very helpful and accommodating to the members of our group that required more assistance. Plan on going again soon! Great work!!

Big Sioux Burger was my first food in the state of South Dakota and it was tasty! The tater tots were seasoned super well and the burgers were well made, plus the bacon was well cooked too. The waitress was friendly and was patient with us as we had never gone before. It is definitely a place I'd return to when I come back to Sioux Falls

Great spot for an excellent burger and drink. The staff was very friendly and the food was excellent. If you like Bloody Mary's they have an excellent one. The food and hospitality were so great I had to come back for breakfast and I received the same great food and service.

Had a great experience here on Christmas Eve. Some strange circumstances ended up with my friends and I needing a place to grab a bite to eat on Christmas Eve. And this place was open. It's always kind of a crap shoot to see what kind of service you're going to get on a holiday evening, but everybody we worked with and talked to and our server was amazing. The food was very good and it's a cool new place in downtown Sioux Falls. I can't wait to see how it continues to evolve.

Oooooohhhhh! Beyond impressed! I usually am skeptical of “fun flavored burgers” because so often I find tasty toppings on a blah unseasoned burger. However, BIG SIOUX BURGER redefined the burger! They NAILED the smash burger- thin salty crusty - all the great things PLUS fun fresh toppings. And the onion rings, I usually avoid onion rings because most places cant cook them to get the whole ring crispy. These were perfect! Our waitress was Mikaela and she was attentive, conversational, and helpful. I can’t wait to come back!
